Grigio in Grigio
This Pinot Grigio showcases the full potential of this interesting grape varietal – vinified in stainless steel containers and left to refine for at least 12 months plus a few years ageing in old wild cherry barrels.
On the nose it's fruity, floral, with dry hay, walnut husk, mineral hints and toasted almonds. On the palate it is full-bodied, fine and with a slight tannin that warms. We recommend the bottle with fresh and sour dishes – Burrata and blood orange – or with fatty meat and fish cuts like trout and pork.

Fulvio Bressan farms 20 ha of vines in Friuli Venezia Giulia, near the border with Slovenia. He farms organically and has never used irrigation or chemical herbicides on his vines. Large pebbles litter the vineyards, soaking up the days heat and releasing it slowly throughout the night.
