Elisabetta Foradori is a world renown winemaker from Trentino Alto-Adige, in the far north of Italy. She took over the family winery at the age of 19, in 1984. Today the estate comprises of 28 ha of vines, growing Teroldego, Manzoni Bianco, Nosiola and Pinot Grigio. She farms organically and biodynamically. Her sons Theo and Emillio have now joined her in the family business.
