Elisabetta Foradori is a legend in the Italian and wider international winemaking scene. This is one of her standout cuvees, a unique orange wine left on the skins for 8 months in clay amphorae. Fuoripista means 'off the track' reflecting her approach and mindset with this wine. This was her first vintage for this particular cuvee and therefore very special. The fruit is sourced from an old biodynamic pergola-trained vineyard of alluvial sand and gravel soils.
A vibrant rosé burnt rust colour, the nose offers umami and wet earth, whilst the palate offers delicate tannins, rose petals and savoury kick. Quite unique.

Elisabetta Foradori is a world renown winemaker from Trentino Alto-Adige, in the far north of Italy. She took over the family winery at the age of 19, in 1984. Today the estate comprises of 28 ha of vines, growing Teroldego, Manzoni Bianco, Nosiola and Pinot Grigio. She farms organically and biodynamically. Her sons Theo and Emillio have now joined her in the family business.
