Accounting for 500ha planted this is one of the largest fully biodynamic farms in Italy. They're based in Petaciatto, in a small and rather unknown region called Molise on the south east coast of Italy and benefit from a wonderful, dry Mediterranean climate that’s perfect for minimal intervention farming. The Vincenzo Bianco is made of Falanghina, a naturally savoury grape local to central/south east Italy.
Wine Profile: The light skin maceration adds texture and a lovely mild tannic bite. Quince, peach, orange skin with a hint of Mediterranean herbs and salt complete the picture. Highly drinkable and versatile we love this with salty snacks and poultry.
