Vinification: From old bush vines in the Mediterranean hills of Conca de Barberà. Brisat is the old Catalan word for an orange wine. Fermented and macerated on skins in amphora for 6 weeks before being passed to old oak barrels and foudre for 6 months.

The Sumoll Brisat is a perfect picture of the land it was grown upon: Freshness coming from the cooling influence given by the plot's altitude (650m above sea lev) minerality, showcasing the rocky soil and purity of fruit allowed to shine through the hands off approach in the cellar.
