The vines were planted in 1999, the grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and left to macerate on skin for 12 days.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks before the wine is passed to clay amphora, from Padilla in Villerobledos, where it rests for 13 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no sulphur added
Big, Savoury Cabernet Sauvignon from Catalunya. Deep Black fruits, dried herbs and green olive tapenade. Tannic, powerful yet well balanced and approachable.
