Vinification: From clay and calcareous plots 300m and 350m above sea level. The Carignan is pressed directly and the whole bunches of Grenache are thrown into the juice to infuse for 4 days before it is all pressed off and aged purely in fibreglass tank with no racking or batonnage. No added sulphur.

Made to be consumed young and lightly chilled, this is fun, easy drinking party (or chilling) wine. 

Please note, this wine contains virtually no sulphur at all so a touch of petillance (spritz) on opening is normal and the wine is meant to be consumed withing few hours from opening max (no opening for 1 glass and leave overnight for this one!)
