Thomas Perseval

Thomas inherited his small 2.5 hectares of land in Chamery, a stone's throw from Reims. Coming from a long line of arable farmers, Thomas has soil in his blood, and sought out experiences in biodynamics in early 2000s to get a better understanding on how he can employ it on his own patch of land one day. Organic since 2012, he farms a range of different terroir, from sandy marl to clay limestone. A young vigneron to watch!
