From Badacsony, in south Hungary and grown on a mix of Vulcanic basalt, clay and tuff this Riesling was made with perfectly healthy bunches gently pressed in whole bunches.
Fermented and aged in clay amphoras for 10 months on fine lees has been bottled unfined, unfiltered and without the addition of any So2 following strict Biodynamic practise.
Wine Profile: A vibrant and interesting take on the german noble grape with a fleshy body and notes of stone fruits, lime and salt. Alive and fun but extremely well balanced.
