Salon Wine Store Delivery T&Cs:

Local delivery:

We offer free local delivery every Friday, for orders on our Banging Wine Cases - Fun, Juicy, Strictly and Off The Charts.  

Single bottles incur a delivery charge, calculated at check out. 

On Friday’s we deliver to these postcodes: SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4, SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8, SW9,SW10, SW11, SW12, SW19, SW16, SW17, SW18, SW19, SE1, SE4, SE5, SE8, SE17, SE10, SE11, SE13, SE14, SE15, SE16, SE17,SE19, SE21, SE22, SE23, SE24, SE26.

Orders are accepted all week. Cut off for Friday delivery is 5pm on the previous day (Thursday). You will receive your delivery between 10am-8pm the next day. 

Click & collect: 

We offer Click & Collect at Salon Wine Store, the address is 20 Market Row. We ask all customers to wear masks, only allow 1 customer at a time. We provide sanitiser and contactless card payments. 

Nationwide delivery: 

For deliveries across the rest of London and nationwide we offer a courier service via UPS.

For our selection of wine cases - Fun, Juicy, Strictly Bangers, Off The Charts, Jura and Sparkling - nationwide delivery is £5

For all other bottle amounts and bespoke cases the delivery charge will be calculated at checkout. 

You should receive your delivery within 72 hours of ordering.

UPS operate an SMS tracking service for you to track your delivery if necessary. So please provide your phone number with the order. 

Please note we do not send deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Monday so if you order after 5pm on Thursday you will not receive your delivery till Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. 

Delivery instructions:

At checkout there is a box to write delivery notes. Please let us know if there are any special instructions we need for finding your address. This includes things like if there is a safe place to leave your package or if there is a specific time or date you need to your delivery for (the later may not be achievable, but we will try!)


For local delivery we re-use wine boxes, so we aren’t buying extra packaging and creating more waste. We encourage you to recycle these or even better reuse them for storing wine or transporting it. We are happy to take them back when delivering to you and we will take them back at the Salon Wine Store where we will use them again. 

For the rest of London and nationwide deliveries we use pulpsafe eco packaging, which is made from recycled paper, and is super strong, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. 


Sometimes, things go wrong. On the very rare occasion one of the following happens here’s what we do:

  • Damaged package
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your damaged package, and then send us a photo to of both the broken box and broken bottles within. We will then discuss with you about a refund or replacement. 
  • Missing package
If your wine order has not arrived, please email us and we will look into it and give you an update asap. 
  • Tainted/ corked wine
If you believe your wine is faulty or corked, please keep the wine and the bottle (do not use it for cooking or pour it down the sink! This will invalidate any refund or replacement) and within 14 days email us explaining what the issue is and what it smells like. We can then ascertain the issue and either replace or refund where suitable, and tell you what to do with the faulty bottle. 
  • Expecting something else? 
Our curated wine boxes are an ever evolving mix of wines and we try and keep changing our stocks to make things interesting for you and us. So, the pictures of wines for these mixed cases are often for display purposes. 

If, under the rare occasion we do have to substitute a wine due to stock issues (for single bottle orders only), we will always change it for a wine of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In the event this needs to happen, we will always contact you first to discuss and if you are not happy we will refund the item.
