A deceiving light bodied red (bordering Rose) from the Gard: region known for it's powerful spicy roses, worlds apart from the styles found in Provence. A blend of 40% Grenache and 40% Cinsault from a ninety year old vineyard planted in gobelet over “les lauzes”, a terroir of large, flat limestone pebbles that sits above the limestone bedrock beneath.
Light on the eye but packed with structure, delicious red fruits and power (14% abv)
Serve Chilled or at Room temperature.
