One of JF and Anne (his sister) negociant cuvees, J`en Veux Encore is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from organically farmed vineyards in Alsace. It’s undergone partial carbonic maceration to give a wine of bright fruits and lifted aromatics alongside tingly acidity.
Serve a little chilled and let it air before drinking: a touch of spritz (perlage) is normal, will dissolve in the glass/decanter.
