Vinification: All five varietals are handpicked together in mid-September. They are pressed the same day in a pneumatic press, settled for 12 hours and transferred into a stainless-steel tank. Fermentation starts with natural yeasts. Around 30% of the must is transferred to old oak barrels where it continues to ferment, and it remains in these barrels after fermentation has fibnished for 8 months. The remaining wine ferments in stainless steel before being transferred to demi-johns where it rests for 8 months on lees. The two parts are blended before bottling without fining and with a very light filtration.

A field blend of local varietals Tortosí, Trepadell, Malvasía, Merseguera and Verdil, aged in old barrels and demi-johns. The result is a generous Mediterranean wine with nuts, rosemary and a chalky freshness to the finish.
