All the grapes come from their own vineyards which are organically cultivated using sustainable procedures and environmentally friendly products. Old vines lying on the slopes of the Ordal mountain, an area difficult to access but that offers great geological characteristics. Harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness. The Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a sparkling made by Champagne method. The grapes are first vinified with spontaneous fermentation using native yeasts, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle and a minimum of 46 months racked. No sulphur or liqueur is added.
