From Nino’s youngest vines of Nero d’Avola planted over sandy soils. The grapes are picked early, meaning the acid is high and alcohol low. It spent just a night on skins and rested in concrete until April, when it was bottled without any additions.
With a hint of tannins and bright, tart fruit it screams for a plate of anchovies or some grilled sardines.
