Radinkon's founder, Stanko is one of the true icons of the "new wave" natural winemaking movement we're seeing exploding everywhere now. He was one of the first to make a shift towards biodynamics in North Eastern Italy in the late 90's, showcasing to the world wines of rare beauty and power. Now, Sasa, his son, is in charge and taking the legacy of this famous producer to new highs.
The Ribolla Gialla undergoes long maceration on the skin ( a Radikon signature) before being pressed off to old barrels for a solid 4 years of aging.
Wine Profile: Savoury and rounded expect multiple layers of fruit and salty characters including hazelnut, walnut, dried apricots jam and spiced citrus skin. Powerful yet fresh on the palate this is perfect to be enjoyed now but can also be put down for years.
