Vinification: Fermentation with native yeasts in open lagares. During this stage the grapes are trodden by foot. The wine is then aged for 3 months in old Chilean Raulí oak foudre, before hand-bottling without filtration and with a small amount of sulphur.

A blend of two grapes widely planted in Chile (and the whole South America) showcasing just how good can be Chilean wine. The grapes come from some of the oldest vines on the planet (200 years old!) and the result is this fragrant wine with ripe orchard fruit and blossom on the nose.
